All of these factors are invisible, with many completely unknown to you, and that’s why it can be difficult to address them on your own, without some help. And yet they all affect the frequency you vibrate at. And your frequency determines your reality.
That’s how I was feeling too.
I didn’t know who I was any more as the roles I’d played and the things I’d achieved no longer seemed to resonate. I felt so insignificant, so invisible, so lost… and yearned for more meaning in my life and work.
This drove my voracious curiosity, and that led to a dramatic ‘energetic’ event, which altered my perception of who I was, and ultimately drew me into the magical world of energy. This was quite a change from 30 years in the marketing and business world!

What is energy coaching?
Energy coaching is a combination of teaching, coaching and energy healing with an emphasis on solutions rather than dwelling on the problems of life. My aim is to equip you with the energetic and mental tools to shift your state, so that you can consciously create from a more empowered perspective, but also clear away the energetic blocks and distortions that are holding you back.
As a certified Jungian coach, I am trained in methods that will bring to light unconscious beliefs that are adversely influencing the way you view the world. And through active imagination exercises, I will help you recognise and integrate important parts of your psyche that you suppress.
As a light language channel and certified GEO Love Healer, I access powerful frequencies to help shift what no longer serves you at an energetic level. Using powerful intentions and protocols, I focus on the root of inception, which might never arise in your conscious awareness.
That being said, I am merely a permission slip, a facilitator, a conduit to guide your understanding and direct experience of who you really are - a powerful being of infinite potential.
What is light language?
Light language is a high frequency energy channelled through my voice. With intention, I direct this energy to clear your chakras and energy field. It bypasses the mind, and balances your subtle bodies, with your heart as the receiver.
I know for many people that this might seem a bit strange. And I get it. Imagine how I felt when it started spontaneously coming through me, without warning and without any understanding at the time!
But over the last few years it has become part of who I am, making a huge difference to the energy work I do. I now deeply appreciate it as a gift, and work with it regularly to clear my own field and chakras.
Why did I start doing this work?
I came to this work after going through a series of deep shifts of my own, supported by many different teachers and guides along the way. It wasn’t always an easy process, letting go of so much as I muddled my way through.
My intellect and curiosity fuelled my quest for personal freedom and expansion.
It became a vocation. Leading to many different courses, explorations, energy clearings and activations.
And as my awareness expanded and my energy field cleared, I knew that I wanted to serve other women and help them deepen their connection to a greater part of their being. Women who want to fully embrace and consciously create the next phase of their life from an inspired and grounded foundation.

One off sessions can certainly have both an immediate and lasting effect, depending on the intention. However, I have seen the most beautiful and profound changes when someone works with me over an extended period of time.
